Fr. Krumpe Activity Center (KAC) Reservation Forms
The KAC is available for reservation by parishioners of St. Bartholomew Church. To request the space, please fill out the forms below and return to the Parish Office with payment. You will be contacted regarding availability and confirmation of your reservation only after all paperwork is complete.
