Bell System to Be Replaced

Many thanks to the super-generous parishioner who has stepped forward to cover the cost of replacing our bell system! We are looking forward to an updated system that will perform properly for Masses, funerals, and other events. Thank you!

If you were considering making a donation for the bells, we invite you to consider making a donation for our sound system instead. We want to be sure that the celebration of the Mass can be clearly heard by all who gather with us. Contact Skip if you are interested in supporting this important technology.

Christmas Season Opportunity

We are looking for singers and musicians of all ages to "make a joyful noise" with us during the Christmas season. Starting in late November, you will need to be at 5 or 6 practices leading up to Christmas. Most of the practices are on Thursday evenings. If you are interested, call Milt at 382.4783 or stop by to visit him at the piano after Mass.

Words of Wisdom from Mother Teresa:

"I am a little pencil in the hand

of a writing God

who is sending a love letter to the world."

If you've been wondering how God can use YOU,

we invite you to consider being part of the

The Latest News on Our

"Blessed Saints Pastoral Region"

A great deal of discussion and planning has taken

place so that our transition to a pastoral region

will be as smooth as possible. Parishioners from

both Barts and Vivian have been working and

praying diligently for an effective, prosperous collaboration.

As efforts continue, please keep the collaboration

team  - including St. Bart's reps: John Slone, Dan Depperman, Ruth Linesch, and Mike Scott - in your prayers.

Remembering Your Loved One

Consider having the red sanctuary candle by the tabernacle lit "in honor of" or "in memory of" your loved one. The suggested donation would be $5, and the candle would burn for one week. Your loved one would be mentioned in the bulletin and during the weekend intentions. If you are interested, contact Joanne at the parish office (522.3680).
